Full-Time Job Description Armbruster Construction is looking for a highly skilled, dependable, and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential remodeling and renovations and are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and can lead projects from start to finish. We are looking for a carpenter who knows the trade, can think independently, solve problems, and get the job done right without constant supervision. Types of Projects We Handle

• Kitchen remodeling
• Bathroom remodeling
• Basement finishing and remodeling
• Deck construction and replacement
• Siding installation and replacement
• Window installation and replacement
• Interior and exterior door installation
• Baseboard, casing, crown molding, and finish trim
• Framing, drywall, and general carpentry
• Full residential renovations Responsibilities
• Lead and perform residential remodeling projects.
• Read measurements, layouts, and construction plans.
• Complete framing, finish carpentry, and installations with precision.
• Direct and work alongside other crew members.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Identify problems and develop practical solutions on the job.
• Keep job sites organized, clean, and professional.
• Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and homeowners.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality. Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry and remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of framing, trim, doors, windows, and general remodeling.
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must own basic hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Professional attitude when working in customers' homes.
