Job Summary Mainly rough framing and additions also We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial and residential structures, utilizing your extensive knowledge of construction techniques and tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in construction. Responsibilities Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and precision. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures. Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation for aesthetic and functional purposes. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and schematics to complete various construction tasks efficiently. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project specifications and ensure proper execution. Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and woodworking tasks with attention to detail. Support remodeling, restoration projects, and new construction efforts while maintaining safety protocols on-site. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related fields. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and ability to follow detailed schematics and blueprints. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, roofing, siding, plastering, and drywall work. Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (such as forklifts or cranes), and woodworking machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards. Familiarity with framing carpentry—including wood framing and metal stud framing—and trim carpentry skills. Excellent understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites; OSHA certification is a plus. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical drawings. Valid experience in diverse construction environments including remodeling or restoration projects is preferred.
