Job Description We're looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in remodeling and general construction. This position offers steady, year-round work with a wide range of projects that keep things fresh — no two days are ever the same.

Typical Work Includes:

Kitchen and bathroom remodels Crawl space and structural repairs Trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry Windows, doors, and light framing Interior/exterior caulking and sealing General home maintenance and repair

We Do Very Little Of:

Roofing Large-scale new construction

Qualifications:

10+ years experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction Reliable transportation Ability to work independently or as part of a small team Must be punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious
