We're a lean, fast-moving crew that takes pride in clean, code-compliant work — and we pay for skill, speed, and reliability. We're hiring two experienced remodelers in the next few weeks. What you'll do Rough and finish carpentry Flooring, painting, and insulation Hanging windows and doors Installing cabinets, bathtubs, and trim Work from scopes and basic plans with minimal hand-holding Run small phases or punch lists semi-independently as you earn trust Keep job sites clean, safe, and on schedule What we're looking for 3-5+ years of construction or remodeling experience A true remodeling generalist — comfortable across multiple trades Reliable transportation (mandatory) and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic, good communication, and someone who shows up on time, every day Pay & perks $22-$35/hr — starting rate based on experience and skill, with raises driven by performance, speed, and autonomy. The more you can run on your own, the more you make. Tools provided W-2 or 1099 possible
