For over 40 years, we've helped homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, and storm damage. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to use your skills while making a real difference for our customers. What You'll Do Framing and structural repairs Finish carpentry including trim, doors, cabinets, and flooring Residential remodeling and reconstruction Read plans and scopes of work Work with Project Managers and homeowners Maintain safe, organized jobsites Participate in a rotating on-call board-up schedule (additional pay) What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience Strong framing and finish carpentry skills Pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Basic hand and power tools Restoration experience is a plus, but not required Why Monroe?
