This role involves hands-on labor, assisting skilled carpenters, and learning trade skills with the goal of advancing into a Carpenter role. Travel between job sites is required, and mileage is reimbursed . Compensation ranges from $20-$25 per hour based on experience . Core ResponsibilitiesConstruction Support Assist with framing, trim, and finish carpentry tasks Carry materials and prepare job sites for daily work Complete demolition and site prep activities Maintain clean and organized work areas Renovations & Unit Turns Support apartment renovations and unit turns Assist with flooring, drywall, fixtures, and finishes Help complete punch list items to project standards General Labor Load/unload materials, tools, and supplies Follow instructions from carpenters and supervisors Assist with minor repairs and installation work Travel Requirements Travel between multiple properties within the region Maintain reliable transportation Submit mileage for reimbursement per company policy

QualificationsRequired:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn construction skills Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel regularly between job sites

Preferred:

Prior construction or general labor experience Interest in carpentry or skilled trades Compensation & Advancement $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement provided Full-time, consistent workload
