Overview As a Carpenter / Craftsman, you'll handle a variety of residential and light commercial repairs and remodel projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results. The ideal candidate has a strong overall knowledge of multiple trades, including: Carpentry Plumbing Tile Electrical Drywall Responsibilities Complete repair and remodeling tasks in a timely, professional manner Troubleshoot jobsite issues and resolve them quickly and correctly Communicate clearly with management, office staff, homeowners, and commercial customers Maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance on job sites Keep tools organized and ensure your vehicle is presentable Identify additional repair opportunities on-site and communicate them to the customer Build customer trust through strong workmanship and excellent service Work efficiently, arrive on time, and maintain high integrity Consistently exceed customer expectations
