This role involves metal stud framing, layout, acoustical ceiling installation, and other carpentry work on active commercial construction sites. Successful candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate work that meets project specifications and deadlines. Responsibilities Cut, fabricate, and install metal stud framing, drywall systems, and other construction materials according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and take accurate field measurements Perform layout and framing work accurately and efficiently Measure, cut, and install metal studs, tracks, drywall, and related materials Use hand tools, power tools, lasers, and levels safely and correctly Ensure completed work is plumb, level, and built to specification Work indoors and outdoors in varying jobsite and weather conditions Set up and safely use scaffolding, lifts, and other equipment Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards Identify and correct issues before work is completed Work independently and maintain productivity without constant supervision Assist with directing helpers or less experienced crew members as needed Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members Requirements Experience in commercial carpentry, metal stud framing, or acoustical ceiling installation Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Strong working knowledge of construction materials and framing systems Ability to take accurate measurements and install materials accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to inspect work and ensure it meets code and project specifications Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability to work at heights, including scissor lifts, other MEWPs, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work safely in fast-paced construction environments What we value Our team is built around four core values that make us
