Hire Carpenter Responsibilities:

Perform commercial rough carpentry including framing, backing, blocking, and layout Install doors, hardware, windows, and various building components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Assist with material handling, site prep, and general labor tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work environment Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Carpenter Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of recent commercial carpentry experience required Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working in various job site conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (not required)
