This vital role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the framing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software and technical tools. As a key player in our project teams, you will drive project success by ensuring timely completion within budget while upholding safety and quality standards. Duties Lead and supervise all framing activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarity for framing tasks Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct regular safety meetings Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools to track progress and update schedules Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, schematics, and industry standards Manage project budgets related to framing scope, including material procurement and labor costs Oversee subcontractor performance, supervise crews, and ensure productivity targets are met Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, change orders, contracts, and safety records Use technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required on-site Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on wood framing projects Supervising experience in a fast-paced construction environment with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating principles Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling techniques Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety Hands-on experience with construction site operations including budgeting, quality control, and project coordination Ability to read technical schematics and use testing equipment such as ohmmeters effectively Excellent communication skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders Join us as a Wood Framing Superintendent where your expertise will shape the foundation of successful projects.
