Job Description
t2 Design Build is seeking an experienced, reliable carpenter for high-end residential remodels and custom new construction. As an architect-led firm, our Principal Architect (35+ years of experience) works closely with our field team. You will work on unique, high-level architectural builds, receive direct mentorship, and sharpen your craft on high-end projects across the region. Key Responsibilities Execute precise framing, finish carpentry, and general construction for high-end remodels and custom builds. Read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction documents accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while meeting project milestones. Collaborate directly with design leadership to execute detailed architectural plans. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in both residential new construction and high-end remodeling. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and fine detail focus. Must possess your own full set of hand and power tools of the trade. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Northern/Northwest Indiana. Flexibility to work on a project-by-project or variable schedule as build phases demand.
