Job Description
Overview Future Build, Inc. is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Carpenters . This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the skilled trades while receiving hands-on training in wood framing and truss assembly. You'll work alongside experienced team members, learn valuable carpentry skills, and contribute to the production of high-quality building components in a fast-paced environment. No professional carpentry experience is required. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assemble wood roof and floor trusses using hand and power tools Measure, mark, and cut lumber accurately using industrial saw equipment (training provided) Read and follow production drawings and work instructions Safely operate tools and equipment while following all company safety procedures Lift, carry, and position lumber and building materials throughout the workday Maintain quality standards by ensuring completed products meet specifications Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Work efficiently with your team to meet daily production goals Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace Qualifications No experience required—paid training provided Construction, carpentry, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is a plus Ability to read a tape measure or willingness to learn Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout the shift Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment Why Join Future Build?
