Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Construction Laborer / Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building, renovating, and maintaining a variety of projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met at every stage. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise across multiple trades while working on impactful projects that shape communities and spaces. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material staging and site organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, and masonry Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project specifications accurately Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality results Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim carpentry, stucco, glass panels, and other fixtures with precision Conduct inspections on-site to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project standards; report any issues promptly Support specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, tile laying, plastering, caulking, or masonry as needed for project completion Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, or remodeling Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate task execution Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely; certification is a plus Basic understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and quality control standards Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques like drywall installation or concrete finishing is preferred Strong communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions clearly and efficiently Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction while contributing to meaningful projects!
