Overview We are hiring skilled laborers to support a prime contractor on a large-scale new construction project in Plainfield, Indiana. About the Role You'll work directly for the prime contractor on site. Most of the trade work is performed by subcontractors, so the GC needs reliable, versatile people they can count on to fill gaps, keep the site moving, and get things done right the first time. If you're the person crews call when something needs to happen fast, this is for you. What You'll Do Support the prime contractor's site team with general and skilled labor tasks Operate a full range of power tools and hand tools Operate site equipment (forklift, skid steer, telehandler, etc.) Assist with material handling, staging, and site logistics Help with setup, cleanup, and site organization to keep the project on schedule Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and project procedures Communicate with supervisors and coordinate with subcontractors as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience in commercial or industrial construction Confident with all basic power tools and hand tools Equipment operation experience (certifications a plus) Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to the Plainfield, IN job site Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Data center, mission-critical, or large commercial project experience Forklift, aerial lift, or telehandler certifications Must possess a
