About Us Mustard Seed Remodeling LLC is a faith-based, locally owned company serving Portland, Indiana, and the surrounding Jay County area. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, roofing, siding, windows, decks, and more. We're always looking to expand our team with talented and experienced tradespeople who take pride in their craft. Position Overview We're seeking skilled carpenters and remodeling specialists with expertise in one or more areas of residential construction. This is an open, ongoing posting intended to connect with talented individuals who may be a fit for our team as projects arise and our business continues to grow. Desired Skills (candidates should have extensive experience in at least 1-2 of these areas) Painting & drywall finishing Framing (rough carpentry) Cabinet installation Window & door installation Flooring installation (wood, laminate, vinyl, tile, etc.) Trim & finish carpentry Tile setting & bathroom/shower tiling Responsibilities Perform quality craftsmanship in your area(s) of expertise. Work independently or as part of a team on remodeling projects. Follow project plans, layouts, and blueprints where applicable. Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Collaborate with supervisors, homeowners, and teammates. Qualifications Proven experience in at least one of the listed trades. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently and reliably on residential job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Portland, Indiana.
