Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, including metal and wood framing, ensuring precision and safety throughout every phase of the project. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, contributing to high-quality, durable structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects. All while maintaining a focus on safety and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects. Erect buildings by installing metal or wood studs, framing components, and supporting structures with precision. Perform framing tasks using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all components are aligned and securely fastened. Install siding, stucco, trim carpentry elements, and other finishing details to enhance building aesthetics. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing or carpentry roles. Demonstrated expertise in metal and wood building erection. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to framing projects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. Knowledge of safety standards on active job sites. Familiarity with various building materials including wood, metal studs, siding materials like stucco or siding panels. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights (roofing).
