Role:
As a Carpentry Assembler, you will build the wooden molds used in manufacturing architectural cast stone. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on carpentry work, can follow measurements, and want to develop their fabrication skills. Full training provided— no cast stone experience required.What You'll Do:
Assemble molds based on drawings and measurements. Ensure all molds meet accuracy standards before approval. Maintain pace to support production schedules. Follow daily work assignments from the Woodshop Manager. Complete daily production paperwork. Keep tools and workspace clean and organized. Assist with end‑of‑day shop cleanup. Follow all safety guidelines. Maintain dependable attendance and a positive attitude.What We're Looking For:
