Responsibilities Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical Assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates when needed Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job Communicate effectively with customers and team members Manage time and schedules efficiently to complete assigned tasks
