Pay:

$26-$32/Hour ($54,080-$66,560/Year) Based on experience

Overview:

Handle framing, trim, and finishing tasks for remodels, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential projects Interpret and work from blueprints and construction specifications Take initiative on individual assignments and work effectively within a team Safeguard clients' homes by controlling dust, debris, and protecting finishes throughout the project Keep worksites clean, orderly, and professional

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in residential carpentry or remodeling Proficiency in more than one trade such as trim carpentry, framing, painting, drywall, or door and window work Strong work ethic — always ready and willing to put in quality effort Professionalism and respect for clients' homes and belongings High attention to detail — you strive for excellence, not just adequacy A cooperative, team-oriented attitude that supports collaboration and success Dependable, organized, and responsible approach to your work A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
