Carpenter Laborer Job Details Pay Rate :
$17.00/hr
Location :
Hebron, KY Carpenter Laborer Requirements/Qualifications Resume required. Ability to travel between multiple locations. Flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to read and use a tape measure and make accurate cuts. Ability to stand, reach, climb ladders or stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs. Ability to work safely in various weather conditions. No felony within the past 7 years; other background results require approval. About the Carpenter Laborer Role As a Carpenter Laborer, your responsibilities will include: Assist with repairs to exterior building features, including siding, roofing, framing, decking, windows, and doors. Assist with interior building repairs, including concrete flooring, subfloors, framing, drywall, doors, and frames. Assist with structural repairs and water infiltration projects. Inspect decks, landings, and other structural elements as directed. Assist with snow and ice removal as needed. Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with residents, coworkers, managers, and subcontractors. Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
