We are hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters and Bridge Carpenters for full-time, temporary positions in Alexandria, LA . This is a Monday-Friday, day shift opportunity with projects lasting from several months up to 2 years . Depending on your experience, you'll support commercial construction or bridge infrastructure projects while working in a safe, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform commercial or bridge carpentry, including framing, concrete formwork, drywall, doors, trim, and other carpentry tasks. Read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and lay out work according to project specifications. Safely operate hand and power tools while following all job site safety procedures. Work outdoors, at heights, and around heavy equipment as required. Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Requirements 2-4+ years of commercial construction or bridge construction carpentry experience. Experience with framing, concrete forms, drywall, doors, trim, and general carpentry. Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and lay out work accurately. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials.
