Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Fabricate wooden structures such as frames, doors, and cabinets. Perform flooring installation and ensure proper alignment and finish. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites, including masonry and electrical teams. Execute drywall installation and finishing tasks. Participate in restoration projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Skills Proficient in carpentry techniques with hands-on experience in stucco applications. Strong ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Experience in fabricating various wooden structures. Knowledge of masonry practices is a plus. Familiarity with flooring installation processes. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Basic understanding of electrical systems as they relate to carpentry work is beneficial.
