Job Description
New construction and renovation in Metairie and Uptown. These are upscale owner-occupied properties, not low-end rentals. If you work on low-end rentals this job is not for you. Applicant must be competent at 1. Carpentry 2. Renovating Kitchens 3. Renovating baths 4. Installing flooring 5. Basic electric (hanging a light, running a receptacle, changing out a switch, etc) 6. Basic plumbing (setting a toilet, hooking up a water tank, etc) 7. Getting up and down the stairs and pitching in to help unload material when it is delivered.
