Job Summary:

Jessup Construction is seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasoned Carpenter to assist with a variety of construction and carpentry tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. Candidate must be bilingual, Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead carpenters with framing, drywall, trim, and other carpentry-related tasks Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Basic carpentry or construction experience Required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for long periods Familiarity with construction tools and job site safety practices Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred or required—adjust based on your need) Willingness to learn and take direction
