This position will assist with residential construction, commercial construction, structural work, site preparation, and general carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing quality workmanship. Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial construction projects. Perform general carpentry including framing, blocking, trim work, demolition, and installation of building materials. Assist with structural beam replacements, steel installation, footing work, and temporary support systems. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Assist with excavation, concrete work, and site preparation activities. Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by project supervisors and management. Qualifications Prior construction or carpentry experience. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. OSHA 10 Certification preferred. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and uneven terrain. Ability to perform manual labor throughout an 8-10 hour workday. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
