Experienced, Skilled Carpenter — Residential

We work hard year-round with our various ongoing projects spanning from Gloucester to Beverly all the way up to Newburyport. We are looking for dedicated, full-time (not seasonal) workers. Our company is well-respected in this area for our outstanding customer service—we never cut corners and we always do it right the first time.

An ideal candidate:

Has an interest in historic homes and details, architecture, tools, jigs, great design, and smart engineering. Is highly focused and organized—efficient in every move. Is not easily distracted or flustered. Communicates extremely well with little to no misunderstandings. Is expertly skilled with hand and power tools. Can frame so nicely that the finish surfaces applied to it need NO shims. Can build a house or addition from frame to finish with reasonable help. Must be comfortable on all types of staging and ladders. Loves this life and being in the natural elements if that is what the task requires at the time. Enjoys exterior trim carpentry as much as finish carpentry. Is creative. Is personable and works well with others from all trades and education levels.
