Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter Finish / Light Frame specialist to join our dynamic construction team. 10 years min remodeling experience no exeptions please In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry and light framing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage of construction. Duties Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, trim, and finish carpentry tasks bathrooms, kitchens, additions, gut reno Install doors, windows, cabinetry, siding, drywall, and fixtures with precision and adherence to safety standards Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, and finishing tasks efficiently and safely Fabricate custom wood components and perform repairs or restorations as needed on-site Assist with rebar installation, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and plastering when required Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of wood construction materials and other building supplies on-site Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following power tool safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry, light framing, or related construction fields with a strong understanding of construction estimating and blueprint reading Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, CNC machines, woodworking machines, and metal stud framing equipment Knowledge of construction plans, technical drawings interpretation, and building codes relevant to residential projects Familiarity with drywall installation, caulking, fixture installation, siding application, door hanging, cabinet installation, and water damage restoration techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of carpentry work Construction site experience with a focus on safety practices including power tool safety and proper handling of wood construction materials Additional skills such as mold remediation, remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering or restoration industry experience are considered advantageous Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
