Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for heading the renovations of kitchens, baths and primarily interior finish carpentry in a residential setting. We are looking for someone with Experience in construction capable of running a job site with little supervision. Frame to finish carpentry experience is preferre.Duties:
- Leading the construction process for each project assigned
- Demolition of existing spaces
- Framing walls, doors, windows as needed
- Installation of drywall when needed
- Installation of cabinetry, windows, doors, molding and hardware
- Job site cleanup as needed
- Other duties assigned based on project needs
Skills:
- Carpentry experience is required
- Must have your own full shop set up
- Must have valid driver's license and a vehicle.
Pay:
$30.00- $35.
