In this role, you will oversee and execute complex carpentry projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. As a leader on the job site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret technical drawings, and manage various aspects of construction from framing to finishing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in diverse construction disciplines while guiding projects to successful completion. Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow on-site Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Perform metal building erection, metal stud framing, and other specialized structural work with precision Install concrete forms, rebar, and perform concrete finishing to meet project specifications Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and restoration projects Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining high-quality standards Manage site safety protocols, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in carpentry and related trades Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics Skilled in metal building erection, rebar installation, drywall installation, roofing, siding, and trim carpentry Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements for precise work Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites Strong understanding of construction plans for framing, masonry, plastering, stucco, and remodeling projects Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and calculations during project execution Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Lead Carpenter and take your career to new heights by leading impactful projects that shape communities.
