• 44/hour, based on experience, + project bonus Boston Dream Group is a luxury design-build general contractor with 100+ completed projects. We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who takes pride in finish work and can run a small crew on high-end renovations and custom homes. What you'll do
• Lead framing and finish carpentry: trim, doors, built-ins, cabinetry install
• Run a crew of 2-4 carpenters day to day and keep the site clean and safe
• Read drawings and flag problems before they become rework
• Work with the Superintendent on the weekly schedule and material needs
• Follow lead-safe (RRP) and OSHA practices on every site What we're looking for
• 5+ years of carpentry, with at least 2 years leading a crew
• Strong finish carpentry skills; we will ask for a short practical test
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation; valid driver's license
• OSHA 10 or 30 and EPA RRP certification a plus (we pay for them if you don't have them)
• Portuguese, Spanish and English all welcome on our crews What we offer
