$45.00•$60.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Carpenter to take day-to-day ownership of commercial construction projects. The projects include everything from high end renovations to simple repairs. You will be on-site executing high-level rough and finish carpentry, managing daily job site logistics, keeping schedules on track, and serving as the primary point of contact for our company.
What You Will Do Project Ownership:
Take charge of commercial projects from beginning to end.
Hands-On Craftsmanship:
Perform skilled rough and finish carpentry based on project size and daily needs.
Trade & Site Coordination:
Manage inspections, and job site safety.
Communication:
Have clear verbal and listening skills to help you coordinate with a team and follow instruction.
Problem Solving:
Read and interpret blueprints, anticipate conflicts early, and develop practical solutions. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to precisely measure and cut clean to ensure structures are safe, square, and fit correctly. Be able to calculate dimensions, angles, area, and material amounts accurately. What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications) Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter. Advanced hands-on rough and finish carpentry skills. Familiarity with building codes and trade sequencing. Safely operate and maintain various hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns (tools provided). Physical strength and stamina commensurate with carpentry tasks. Excellent communication and multitasking skills for a fast-paced working environment. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation for tools. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated carpentry experience. Experience working in customer occupied areas while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful job site. Active Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $45.00•$60.00 per hour, paid weekly. Contract employment structure. Strong opportunity for advancement.
