In addition to strong relationships with several well-respected institutions across various sectors in the greater Boston Area, South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of various carpentry techniques and tools. Responsibilities Execute carpentry projects according to blueprints or schematics Perform drywall, cabinetry, framing and siding, Install flooring and hang doors with precision Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion Experience Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in restoration projects Proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills including flooring installation, siding, and door hangings Has worked in a commercial setting as a carpenter for 2years Has experience completing punch lists Can perform additional handyman type activities
Requirements:
Previous construction site experience Own basic hand tools Your own reliable transportation Willingness to undergo background check
Pay and Benefits:
