This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and carpentry tasks across residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling projects independently from start to finish. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential properties Complete carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry Install and repair drywall, flooring, and fixtures Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed work) Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate solutions Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and team members Manage tools, materials, and time efficiently Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or similar role Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building materials Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans (preferred) Own tools and reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working on ladders and in various environments Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
