Supportive, family-like environment with a diverse team culture. Key Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors/windows, cabinetry, and finish work. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise execution of project plans. Collaborate with project managers, fellow carpenters, and subcontractors to meet deadlines. Maintain a safe, organized job site in line with company and OSHA standards. Assist and mentor apprentices (for experienced carpenters/foremen). Travel to remodel sites throughout New England as business needs require. Qualifications Proven carpentry experience or completion of an apprenticeship program. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment. Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work up to 55 hours per week (including overtime). Flexibility for regional travel (all expenses paid). Bilingual skills in Portuguese and English are a plus, but not required. Compensation We are committed to pay transparency. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with overtime eligibility.
Pay Range:
$25 - $32 per hour Actual pay is based on experience, skills, and the level of the role (Apprentice, Carpenter, or Foreman). Overtime pay (1.5x hourly rate) for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week.
