The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various construction and maintenance tasks, enabling them to tackle a wide range of projects efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you are passionate about carpentry and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Duties Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings Execute construction projects including framing, Finish, Decks, Siding, ETC Conduct carpentry work such as trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation, painting. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Assist with flooring installation including tile laying and heavy lifting tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Requirements 5 to 10 years experience, valid license, reliable truck, own tools is a plus. Proficiency in carpentry work. Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning is a plus. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. Knowledge of light plumbing is a plus. Capability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
