Job description:
Responsibilities:
  • Execute installation projects according to specifications and timelines
  • Perform kitchen & bathroom restoration tasks as needed
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Lay tiles and install flooring with precision
  • Assist in construction site activities including heavy lifting
  • Read and interpret blueprints for accurate installations
  • Conduct construction painting tasks as required
  • Utilize frame carpentry skills for structural components
  • Work with related subcontractors
  • Purchase tools and supplies needed
  • Creating project estimates and reports
Skills:
  • Proficiency in all phases of kitchen & bathroom remodeling
  • Experience with construction site operations
  • Strong ability in tile laying and flooring installation
  • Skilled in performing maintenance person tasks efficiently
  • Capable of heavy lifting as necessary
  • Competence in operating power tools safely
  • Knowledge of construction painting methods
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
