About Beacon Marine Construction Beacon Marine Construction, LLC . is Cape Cod's leading specialty marine construction company, focused on building connections to the waterfront for residential, commercial, and public works clients. Our services include marine construction, tug and barge operations, crane work, dredging, and heavy equipment operations. We are seeking a motivated Dock Builder/Laborer who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in marine construction. Position Summary The Dock Builder/Laborer is responsible for constructing piers, staircases, floats, seawalls, bulkheads, and revetments, as well as operating boats, barges, trailers, boom trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed. This position plays a key role in completing projects safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining daily communication with the Construction Superintendent and assisting in the training and development of crew members.
