Position Summary We're looking for talented carpenters, framers, and construction leaders who want to build something different. If you've worked for a custom home builder, framing contractor, remodeling company, deck builder, or general contractor and take pride in quality craftsmanship, Beacon Marine offers the opportunity to work on some of Cape Cod's most unique waterfront projects. What we're looking for: 5+ years of carpentry, framing, or residential construction experience. Experience leading crews, subcontractors, or residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of framing, structural carpentry, decking, and exterior construction. Ability to read contracts and interpret construction drawings and project plans. Experience with layout, measurements, and elevations. Proficient with power tools, construction equipment, and jobsite safety practices. Ability to build and install structural wood components with a high level of craftsmanship. Experience with custom homes, additions, remodeling, decks, landscape structures, or commercial carpentry. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Valid driver's license required.
