This position pays $18
  • 24/HR depending on experience
Hours:
Monday
  • Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Overtime available Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Scope of work: Interior and Exterior Framing of walls, doors, and window installation Installation of floor and roof trusses, exterior balcony framing and decking Job Requirements Valid Drivers license and Reliable Transportation OSHA 10 certificiation
Skill Set Requirements:
Ability to correctly read a tape measure Ability to understand basic math and numbers Ability to work hours mandated by management Ability to identify safety issues in their work area, and notice equipment malfunctions Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English Able to stand and secure wall panels Can place trusses on layout marks Able to sheath roof and decks Can cut materials to given measurements
  • straight and square Able to plumb and straighten walls Basic exterior trim skills
