We are a small family run business working primarily on residential home remodels in the Boston, Cambridge, Newton, and Wellesley areas. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring that all projects, big or small are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various lumber and metal components. Frame walls, floors, roofs, and stair systems Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, molding, and flooring Build and install custom items such as shelving, built-ins, and decks Repair and restore existing structures and woodwork Maintain, operate, and safely handle hand tools and power tools Follow all safety protocols and site regulations Keep the job site clean, organized, and secure Communicate progress and issues to supervisors and clients Read and interpret plans and drawings to accurately execute project specifications. This is not a requirement as you will be working with a Project Manager. Requirements 3+ years of professional carpentry experience Strong knowledge of framing and finish carpentry techniques Ability to read and work from plans and take accurate measurements Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and layout tools Reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, and in varying weather Valid driver's license If you think you would be a good match, please send a resume to
