Plymouth, Massachusetts Job Description We are currently searching for qualified and skilled laborers and or carpenters to join our team for immediate openings we have around the South Shore and Cape Cod area. Openings include both Residential and Commercial construction sites. Must be coming to sites with all of your tools, be punctual and accountable. Must have previous construction experience.

Position Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision. Frame walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and partitions according to specifications. Install windows, doors, cabinets, trim, and other finish components. Perform layout and install structural components using proper tools and methods Safely use and maintain power tools and hand tools (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.). Collaborate with other trades and follow instructions from supervisors.

Laborer Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters and other trades with setup and ongoing construction tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites. Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing debris and hazards. Material Moving Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow all site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Basic hand tools / Power tools Be able to work 40 hour weeks, OT if needed Strong references that will support your work history Reliable transportation to the job site

Pay Range:
