In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, and various carpentry disciplines will be essential in delivering quality results on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction, while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision and adherence to schematics and blueprints Install rebar and perform concrete forming to create durable foundations and structures Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities Execute framing carpentry, including metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks Apply finishing techniques such as concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, siding installation, and roofing Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and restoration projects Conduct welding operations where necessary to secure structural components Manage heavy lifting with proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with remodeling projects by performing demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Must be OSHA-10 Certified, Minimum 3 years experience, Ability to drive as well as having tools. Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete work Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing complex tasks Valid certifications or licenses related to construction operations (preferred but not mandatory) Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
