Benefits to be discussed upon hiring. •Drivers license required We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry and construction tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry. This role requires hands-on experience with tools, materials, and techniques used in the construction and restoration industry. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Perform construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine work requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Engage in concrete forming, masonry, and roofing as needed for projects. Execute water damage restoration and mold remediation work when required. Assist with heavy lifting and installation of cabinets, doors, siding, and flooring. Conduct caulking, plastering, and painting as part of finishing work. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is essential. Familiarity with construction estimating, fabrication, rebar installation, and metal stud framing is a plus. Background in woodworking, remodeling, electrical work, plumbing, or tile laying is advantageous. Prior experience in the restoration industry or maintenance person services is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
