In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of carpentry and construction tasks across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has experience with framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and general construction work and is comfortable working across different projects based on job-site needs. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required for this position. Many members of our construction team are Spanish-speaking, and the Carpenter must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors on active job sites. Duties Perform framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, and other building components Build and repair decks, porches, stairs, and related structures Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, measurements, and project specifications Perform drywall installation and repairs as needed Assist with flooring, siding, and other renovation and property improvement work Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly Assist with demolition, site preparation, and remodeling projects Identify and organize materials and tools needed to complete assigned work Work alongside other skilled tradespeople and construction laborers Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform other construction-related duties as needed based on project requirements Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages Previous professional carpentry or construction experience Strong framing and general carpentry skills Experience with rough and finish carpentry Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials Experience using hand and power tools safely Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, measurements, and project specifications Knowledge of residential remodeling and general construction practices Experience installing doors, windows, trim, flooring, siding, drywall, or similar building components Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to different project needs OSHA or construction safety training is a plus Join our team if you are an experienced Carpenter who is bilingual in English and Spanish, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is ready to work across a variety of construction projects.
