• 40/hr | Full-Time | Foreman & Manager Growth Opportunities We're looking to hire skilled carpenters who takes pride in clean work, smart solutions, and doing the job right the first time.

This role focuses on exterior carpentry, structural repair, and custom exclusion work: sealing homes from rodents, squirrels, bats, and other nuisance wildlife. What You'll Do Repair and seal soffits, fascia, trim, and roofline damage Perform precision sealing and exclusion work (vents, gaps, entry points) Install materials like metal flashing, hardware cloth, vent covers, chimney caps Diagnose problems and build real solutions...not quick patches Work independently or with a partner. You take ownership of your jobs What We're Looking For Strong carpentry skills (exterior preferred) Ability to cut, fit, and install clean, professional-looking repairs Bending coil stock on a brake and installing our Metal-X Pest Proofing System Trapping and/or evicting nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial structures Comfortable on ladders, boom lifts and roofs Problem-solver mindset (every house is different) Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in craftsmanship Has a great attitude for the service business and good customer service skills Who This Is NOT For This is not a fit if you: Cut corners or rush through jobs just to get done faster Struggle with clean cuts, tight fits, and professional finishes Need constant direction or supervision Aren't comfortable on ladders, roofs, or working outdoors Treat this like "just another job" instead of a craft This IS For You If You take pride in clean, tight, professional-looking work You notice the small details and fix them without being asked You like solving problems where every job is different You'd rather do it right once than fix it twice You want your work to actually matter and be seen Why This Role is Different This isn't framing the same wall every day.
