  • Full-time JC Construction & Services LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand tools, power tools, and various materials in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in decks, additions, bathroom and kitchens, windows, doors, siding, Interior finish work, and much more. We are also a full service snow removal company ideal candidate should have ability to do snow removal during winter months.
Duties:
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications
  • Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops
  • Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
  • Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and roofs
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project requirements
  • Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget ```Requirements```
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
  • Proficient in working with hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods
  • Ability to read blueprints and building plans
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
