Experienced Carpenter / Framer

Full Job Description Job Description .Bradley's Building Solutions is looking for an experienced carpenter/framer for local residential construction projects. We are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and strong with framing. The main focus is additions, remodeling, framing, and general carpentry work. The right person should be comfortable working on job sites, following directions, working with a crew, and also being able to work alone when needed. Applicants must have 10 years of carpentry/framing experience . Applicants should have strong carpentry experience. Must have own tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must be dependable, professional, and able to show up on time. This is a zero-tolerance workplace for smoking, drinking, or drug use on the job site. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and meet DOT requirements if needed.

Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, based on experience. Please apply with your work history, phone number, and availability.

Duties:

Frame residential additions and remodeling projects Layout walls, floors, roofs, windows, and doors Measure, cut, and install framing materials Read basic plans, measurements, and job instructions Perform rough carpentry and general carpentry work Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Finshed Work Work alone or with a small crew

Pay:

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour
