Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, fromdemolition to finishing work. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to bring architectural visions to life. Duties Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Manage and participate in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and woodworking projects Conduct wood stud framing, drywall installation, and siding application to meet project specifications Assist with remodeling projects by performing demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as needed Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks while maintaining safety protocols Support construction management by coordinating tasks on-site, adhering to schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met Skills Expertise in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, woodwork, and metal stud framing Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used across various construction tasks Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on safety compliance Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance for demanding tasks We are a general contracting company that specializes in fine home renovation and repairs along with large and small additions. we work all over metro west/ Boston area and you must have a reliable vehicle and ability to travel. we are based in Upton MA but most work is in the 128 belt area. You should have at least 5 years experience and general knowledge of construction and have basic hand tools along with smaller corded and cordless tools. Non Smoking preferred You must speak and understand English You should be able to work alone and with other employees and subs

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
