Integrity Bathworks is looking for an experienced, dependable lead carpenter who can take ownership of bathroom remodeling projects and deliver work they're proud to put their name on. We're bathroom installers turned owners. Greg and Josh built this company around quality workmanship, honest communication, and respect for our customers' homes. As we grow, we're looking for someone who shares those standards and can help lead our crew. This is a hands-on position. You should be comfortable planning the day, guiding a helper, solving problems, and keeping projects moving from demolition through the finishing details.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading daily jobsite operations and organizing work for yourself and a helper. Performing demolition, framing repairs, blocking, subfloor replacement, and general remodeling carpentry. Installing bathroom wall systems, backer board, waterproofing systems, flooring, vanities, cabinetry, doors, and trim within your experience. Completing drywall repairs and finish work with close attention to detail. Reading measurements, layouts, and project scopes to plan work and identify material needs. Coordinating with the owners and plumbing and electrical trades to keep projects progressing. Protecting floors and belongings, controlling dust, and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite. Identifying unexpected conditions early and communicating them before proceeding. Communicating respectfully with homeowners and representing the company professionally. We're looking for someone with: Strong residential remodeling and finish carpentry experience. Experience leading projects or directing a small crew. The ability to complete quality work independently and recognize when a question needs to be raised. Reliable transportation to jobs throughout our service area. Good organization, clear communication, and consistent attendance. Pride in the finished product—including the details customers notice every day. Bathroom remodeling experience is strongly preferred. Experience with shower wall panels, Wedi or similar waterproofing systems, tile, and LVP flooring is a plus. Let us know which areas you're strongest in. You'll work directly with the owners and have a meaningful role in how our projects run. We value practical ideas, skilled craftsmanship, and people who take responsibility for their work.
