What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of carpentry experience Strong understanding of construction fundamentals High attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license (must be insurable to drive a company vehicle) Must pass drug and background check

What You'll Be Doing:

Working on an established crew to learn our standards and systems Participating in our structured training program Assisting with decks, basement finishing, and additions Maintaining safe, clean, and organized job sites Delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project
